We are seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a part-time opportunity to complete hospice visits for clients throughout Camden County and Burlington County, NJ. As a Home Health Aide, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care, enabling clients to remain at home.

Requirements for a Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide:

• At least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Meet all state requirements.
• Enjoy working as part of a caring team and share our values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Range of motion exercises, transfers using mechanical devices, oral feeding, vital sign checks.
• Home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, bed making.
• Assisting with ambulation and medication assistance.
