Job summary

Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Certified Caregiver. You will develop awareness of residents’ interests, assist with activities of daily living, and create a safe environment for resident care.

Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am with a salary of $18.55-$22.30 per hour based on experience. Prior nursing experience in assisted living or memory support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Caregiver training in Arizona
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience with Assisted Living or Memory Support preferred

Responsibilities

• Attends in-service trainings and meetings as required
• Accurately reports unusual symptoms and problems of residents to supervisor
• Cooperates with dietary staff and provides general assistance with meals and cleanup
• Supports resident participation in meals and activities and maintains relationships with dietary staff
• Performs light housekeeping tasks as required
• Assists nurses and other staff as needed
• Documents on daily records
