Job summary

OOS Management Corp. in Silverdale, WA, is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our mission. This part-time role involves providing direct ABA therapy for a 4-year-old client for approximately 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children.
• Current CBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement each client’s individual Behavior Plan as written by BCBA.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
