Responsibilities

• Assist a visually impaired student in ART 080 by providing verbal descriptions of demonstrations, tools, materials, and hands-on class activities.
• Describe the status and progress of projects and assignments to support access to course content and participation while promoting independence.
• Verbally communicate visual information presented by the instructor, classmates, or course materials as needed.
• Assist with accessing and interacting with studio tools, equipment, and materials while following all safety procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by SDR.
