Code Ninjas (Tampa-Carrollwood) is seeking an Assistant Center Director for our Alaska-area center. This role supports the Center Director in running a high-performing dojo, blending frontline execution, team leadership, sales support, and customer experience excellence.

The ideal candidate has experience with children, strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Flexible evenings and weekends required, with advancement opportunities within Code Ninjas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (ages 5+).
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily dojo operations.
• Step into leadership in the Center Director's absence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, high-energy environment.
• Oversee floor activity and student experience.
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and support enrollment conversions.
• Deliver engaging tours for prospective families.
• Build relationships with parents and communicate progress.
• Support scheduling and mentoring Senseis.
• Engage with students to ensure a fun, productive learning experience.
• Assist in local community outreach and events.
• Track key metrics and provide updates to the Center Director.
