Join Our Team as a Center Float Teacher and Make a Difference!

Do you love working with all age groups and bringing joy to young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Center Float Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers , helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment every step of the way.

If you have a passion for teaching, experience in child care, and a desire to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you! Part-time positions are also available!

What You’ll Do:

• Gain valuable hands-on experience floating between infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms

• Assist the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed

• Work a flexible schedule

• Help create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators

What You’ll Need:

• EEC certification in Infant/Toddler and Preschool (required)

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED ( Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required )

• Experience working with children in child care, daycare, or preschool settings

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors , lift at least 35 lbs, participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
