Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Newhall, CA for a part-time schedule 2:30-6:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Earn $19.00-$25.00 per hour plus a $750 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, engage children with play-based activities, and maintain accurate session data while growing through paid onboarding and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must meet physical demands (lift up to 50 lbs) and be able to move between activities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to cover at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required - training provided

Role Overview

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)

• High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $19.00-$20.00
• Bachelor's Degree: $21.00-$15.00

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework

• Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)
