Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to enhance resident life across our communities. You will develop and oversee engaging programs that support physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being for seniors, with opportunities for growth within a large senior living organization.

The role requires 1–3 years in assisted living, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• One to three years of assisted living or long-term care experience.
• Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
• Demonstrated creative ability.
• Valid Driver's License and able to drive a van.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for residents in our community.
• Attend all community planned functions and help coordinate the event from beginning to end including set-up, running, and breaking down for the event.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned activity events.
