Responsibilities include:

1. Providing SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
3. Responding promptly to customer and employee questions and guiding them through projects when needed.
4. Communicating product information, including stock, special orders, features, benefits, and warranties.
5. Coordinating delivery activities, loading merchandise, inspecting products, and ensuring timely delivery.
6. Ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations, maintaining vehicle and store safety standards, and reporting as required.
7. Operating store equipment and performing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with endorsements, as applicable.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening and obtain necessary licensure.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences include:

• Experience driving semi-trucks/trailers or certification from a driving school.
• Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
