Ladgov Corporation seeks a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator to organize faith formation programs for children, youth, and adults. The role includes sacramental preparation, volunteer coordination, and curriculum planning in a parish setting.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Catholic education standards, and the ability to train volunteers. The position is part-time, ~30 hours/month, with weekday availability from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualificações

• Must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing.
• Two years of experience in religious education, program coordination, or volunteer ministry.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Experience with curriculum planning and sacramental preparation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Safe Environment and child protection training is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and coordinate religious education programs for all ages.
• Coordinate classes and sacramental preparation activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteer teachers and catechists.
• Monitor training progress and certifications of catechists.
• Organize volunteer teacher-training events at least twice yearly.
• Develop annual calendar, curriculum timeline, and program schedule.
• Visit classes to ensure quality and continuity of instruction.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual education activities as needed.
• Maintain enrollment, attendance, volunteer, and program records.
• Prepare communications such as announcements, calendars, and newsletters.
• Maintain religious education materials and curriculum resources.
