Regina Caeli Academy (RCA) seeks a part-time Classroom Substitue to teach in a classical Catholic setting at our Sterling Heights, Michigan center. No teaching certification or formal teaching experience is required; training will be provided.

The role is up to 13 hours per week with childcare/nursery available, and duties include classroom instruction in a structured RCA manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good organization, and timeliness, and will live the

• Strong communication skills

• Living the Catholic faith day-to-day and having received the sacraments appropriate to state in life

Responsibilities

• Teach in a classical Socratic classroom setting
• Work Mon and Thu 8:45 am – 3:30 pm at RCA center
• Complete background check and RCA Safe Child training
• Prepare for classes at home and come to class prepared to teach in a highly structured environment
