Qualifications

• General knowledge at the high school level.
• 1 year of food service supervisory experience.
• Food Safety (ServSafe Manager) certification within 180 days from the date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to part-time catering staff to meet standards.
• Lead the execution of catering events from setup through breakdown, including staffing and guest experience.
• Coach and train part-time employees to support growth within the operation.
