• Experience in customer service, hospitality, catering, or call centers is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound catering inquiries and orders via phone, email, online platforms, ezCater, and other approved channels.
• Accurately enter, update, and confirm catering orders with guest information, selections, counts, delivery/pickup, and payment details.
• Serve as the primary contact for catering guests, handling changes, questions, and service recovery needs.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to support successful catering execution and address potential issues.
• Recommend add-ons and catering enhancements to maximize catering sales opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries and opportunities to drive repeat business.
• Maintain records of guest interactions, orders, and follow-up activities with professionalism.
