Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; food and beverage service knowledge.
• Prior experience in private dining or banquets is preferred.
• Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card and OLCC Service Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service during catering functions with a friendly, professional approach.
• Set up food and beverage stations, guest tables, and event areas before arrivals.
• Take food orders, relay to kitchen, and monitor distribution with dietary accommodations.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captain or Catering Manager for seamless execution.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness around catering areas after events.
• Adapt to a variety of events and manage multiple assignments as needed.
• Stay informed about MAC offerings and attend training to enhance skills.
