Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a part-time Catering Attendant at Mariners Clubhouse Peoria to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain. You will set up and break down event spaces, ensure accurate execution, and maintain a clean, safe work area throughout shifts.

Position involves learning menu details, stocking supplies, and providing friendly service to guests; may require a valid driver''s license and food handler's permit where required; great team environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
• Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
