Lowe's is seeking a friendly cashier to provide fast, accurate checkout experiences in our stores. You will help customers find the best value, answer questions, and support exchanges and payments at the register.

Most time at the register, with opportunities to assist in other departments. A part-time or full-time schedule, friendly team environment, and growth potential with Lowe's help you develop in retail. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• Minimally lift 10 lbs unassisted or up to 15 lbs with or without assistance.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges
• Answer customer questions
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation
