ALDI in Goldsboro, NC is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to provide friendly checkout service and keep shelves stocked. The roles support smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.

Starting at $18 per hour with increases to $18.50, $19.00, and up to $20.00 over five years; candidates must be 18+, with retail experience preferred. This position offers part-time hours and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks.
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Cashier duties using the POS system and processing purchases accurately.
• Follow cash policies and open additional lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Stock shelves and displays following planograms.
• Maintain store and merchandising standards and assist with safety and housekeeping tasks.
