Job summary

ALDI in Auburn, IN is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to join our store team. Cashiers provide friendly, efficient checkout service, while stockers keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience.

Position Type: Part-Time; Average Hours: fewer than 30 per week; Starting wage: $19.00 per hour with raises to $19.50, $20.00, and up to $21.00 by year 5. Candidates must be 18 or older and able to perform duties with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using POS system.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Open additional lanes as needed for efficiency.
