ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time Store Cashiers and Stockers in Springfield, MO to deliver friendly, efficient checkout service and maintain stocked, organized shelves for a great shopping experience.

The roles are part-time with under 30 hours per week, starting wage $18.50 per hour, and staged wage increases through Year 5. Candidates must be at least 18, with a high school diploma preferred, and can expect comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate POS, cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies.
• Stocker availability includes early start times (5:00am).

Responsibilities

• Cashier responsibilities: operate POS, scan purchases and follow cash policies.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and verify contents for timely delivery.
• Stock shelves and displays per planograms and maintain merchandising standards.
• Stocker role requires early arrival by 5:00am and adherence to safety standards.
