Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with annual increases in Years 2–5. Positions require availability, reliability, and the ability to work early morning hours before 5:00am. This role involves standing, lifting, and operating a POS system.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately during transactions.
• Adhere to ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout service and process customer purchases.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain store zones and merchandising standards at all times.
• Follow cash handling policies and open additional lanes when needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment and proper equipment upkeep.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely deliveries to customers’ vehicles.
• Stock shelves according to planograms to maximize sales.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
