Job summary

Both roles support store operations and aim for accuracy and safety. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases over the coming years.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work early shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service and assist customers as needed.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assist management in achieving loss prevention targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper equipment function.
• Keep store zones and merchandising standards.
• Follow inventory procedures and handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
• Cashier duties: operate POS, scan items accurately, and resolve scan issues.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves and follow merchandising planograms.
• Arrive to work as early as 5:00am.
