Job summary

ALDI is hiring part-time Store Cashiers/Stockers in Saint Louis, MO. Positions offer fewer than 30 hours per week with starting wages at $18.50 per hour and periodic increases through Year 5 of the plan.

Responsibilities include checkout processing, stocking, curbside orders, inventory adherence, safety, and maintaining store standards. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Promote prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate POS and store equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS to scan and process purchases and handle customer inquiries.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards per planogram.
• Assist curbside orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working environment; identify hazards.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
