Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time cashiers and stockers in Pensacola, FL. As a cashier, you’ll provide friendly, efficient checkout service and handle customer interactions; as a stocker, you’ll keep shelves stocked and organized for a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5. The role requires early morning availability and the ability to perform physical tasks and operate store equipment. Benefits apply to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate the POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns as needed.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists management in achieving total loss goals.
• Complies with all ALDI policies and processes.
• Helps maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards and keeping equipment in good working order.
• Maintains store zones and merchandising standards at all times.
• Follows inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Process customer purchases using the POS and assist with curbside pickups.
