As a Cashier/Sales Associate, your responsibilities include ringing up customers quickly and accurately while creating a positive shopping experience. You will also assist with maintaining store appearance and merchandising duties.

Requirements

• Greet customers with a smile and engage them during their store experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store inside and outside.
• Ensure countertops are well organized and sanitized.
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked according to company standards.
• Follow customer service and experience guidelines.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale system according to guidelines, maintaining proper cash levels.
• Uphold brand image standards during evaluations.
• Implement monthly promotions, post POS advertising/signage correctly, and follow plan-o-grams.
• Report any faulty equipment promptly to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed to ensure adequate staffing.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store is required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED recommended.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience advantageous.
