PART-TIME CASHIER/RECEPTION

Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram VW of Janesville is hiring a qualified individual to greet guests as part of our cashier/receptionist team at our Janesville dealership.

We have a part-time position available from Monday to Friday, 4 pm - 8 pm, and Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm. The role involves job sharing with another individual, working two to three nights per week and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Phone reception
2. Closing repair orders and parts counter tickets
3. Handling cash and receipt payments, including credit card transactions
   • Verifying totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
4. Providing excellent customer service
5. Assisting with service filing

Applicant must:

• Be familiar with Excel
• Handle multiple tasks effectively
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Be an enthusiastic team player
• Be self-motivated
