Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possibly overnight shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences with warm greetings and professional service.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries effectively.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experience.
• Share product knowledge and passion for Ralph Lauren fashion with customers.
• Process all sales transactions efficiently at the register and manage merchandise properly.
