Menards Inc. is hiring part-time Cashier and Front End Team members in Missouri. You’ll provide friendly customer service at the register and service desk, helping create a positive shopping experience.

Join our Front End Team to assist with loading purchases, keep the parking lot tidy, and support at peak times to minimize wait times for savings. Weekend shifts include an extra $3 per hour.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability required; weekend shifts may be needed.
• Strong customer service and friendly communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register and service desk.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining a clean store area.
• Support at the register during peak times to reduce customer wait times.
