Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring part-time Cashier and Front End Team members to join our busy store. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience at the front end.

Cashiers provide fast, friendly service at the register and service desk, while Courtesy Patrol teammates assist with loading purchases and keeping the lot tidy. Immediate openings available with on-the-job training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to assist at the register and front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, fast, and friendly customer service at the register and service desk.
• Assist at the Courtesy Patrol and shopping experience areas when needed.
• Support front-end operations to ensure smooth checkout and no waiting for savings.
