Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times.
• Adhere to Branch operations, policies, and compliance rules.
• Process stock certificates, deposits, and issue mail client checks accurately.
• Maintain cashiering files daily and support branch events.
• Answer calls and disseminate information to the right personnel.
• Participate in meetings and share information as requested.
• Utilize firm systems for client service and business support.
• Provide backup for other branch support roles as needed.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
