D.A. Davidson is seeking a reliable, organized Cashier Receptionist to join our Bellevue branch. This role creates a welcoming first impression while supporting cashiering and administrative tasks.

Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and confidentiality are essential as you handle client, advisor, branch, and company information. The position offers a path to grow into a Client Associate role and gain exposure to financial services in a collaborative branch environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or comparable work experience. Post-Secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem solving and client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform semi-advanced math.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Clear and service-oriented communication; professional language and grammar.
  • Ability to work with external and internal clients professionally.
  • Regular, predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Provides professional, courteous service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adheres to Branch Guide to Operations and compliance policies.
  • Process stock certificates and check deposits with high accuracy; issue and mail client checks.
  • Maintain daily cashiering file per procedures.
  • Assist with planning and execution of branch events.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide information as needed.
  • Participate in meetings and disseminate information to staff.
  • Utilize Firm desktop systems for client service and business enhancement.
  • Provide backup for other support positions as assigned.
  • Perform other duties and special projects.

Summary/Function:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and client-service focused Cashier Receptionist to join our Bellevue branch. As an important member of the branch team, this role helps create a welcoming and professional first impression for clients while supporting key cashiering and administrative functions. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, outstanding client service skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling client, advisor, branch, and company information.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Client Associate role, working alongside Financial Professionals to provide meaningful client service and support. Duties:
  • Provides professional, courteous service at all times to ensure internal and external client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Branch Guide to Operations and ensures adherence to all Branch, Firm and Compliance policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Process stock certificates and check deposits, and issue and mail client checks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain daily cashiering file according to established procedures.
  • Assist with planning and execution of various events (such as holiday parties and client appreciation events) for the branch.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide information as appropriate.
  • Participate in various weekly and monthly meetings. Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate personnel as requested.
  • Understand and utilize the Firm's desktop systems and applications and their related functionality as it applies to client service and business enhancement.
  • Provide backup for other support positions in the branch as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as necessary.

The potential pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 hourly. This role is eligible to participate in applicable D.A. Davidson variable compensation programs. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
