You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and promote protection plans and credit options.

The role requires flexible weekend availability, a service-focused mindset, and comfort with lifting up to 70 lbs. A love of tools and equipment helps you connect with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, cashier or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Flexible availability including some weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service-minded attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience.
• Completing all transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offering Protection Plan on eligible products and credit card options (incentives available).
• Being a team player by helping put away product, executing price changes, or other tasks to better serve customers.
