Job summary

The GIANT Company in Middletown, PA is hiring for a front-end associate responsible for scanning items, bagging, cash handling, and restocking. You will interact with customers, maintain clean checkout areas, and support store operations.

This role requires ability to work with minimal supervision, meet safety and attendance standards, and comply with PPE rules. Shift hours are 4+ hours, with opportunities to grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand company policies and safety regulations.

• Must be able to use or learn equipment/tools used to perform this job.
• Must complete the introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must perform all job functions safely.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare PPE at shift start.
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, take money and make change.
• Bag items and place bags in carts.
