Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring at our Bethlehem location to support front-end operations. You will scan and/or enter numbers at register, assist with stocking and front-end displays, and help customers with purchases.

We value teamwork, safety, and reliable attendance as you contribute to serving neighbors across Pennsylvania and nearby states. This role requires physical tasks and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have technical training (this is a job specific requirement)

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift.
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas, and display setups as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, take money, and make change.
• Bag items and place bags into carts as needed.
