Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a cashier to provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and help customers get the best value. You will answer questions, process payments and exchanges, and assist at self-checkout. You may also help other departments, stock shelves, and keep your workstation clean and safe.

Most time is at the register, with occasional duties across the store to support customers and teams. This role offers meaningful growth opportunities and emphasizes teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsibilities
