Great Falls Scheels is seeking friendly cashiers to create a welcoming store environment and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and engage shoppers to drive loyalty and the digital receipts program.

The role emphasizes our employee-ownership values, including teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement, with evening availability and two weekends per month required. Average about 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of cashiering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a smile when entering and exiting the store.
• Accurately scan items and process payments.
• Promote the Scheels Visa card and explain benefits.
• Encourage sign-up for digital receipts.
• Balance cash drawer and perform basic math accurately.
• Maintain a clean checkout area and stay aware of promotions.
