Job summary

MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate, Part Time, at our Carlsbad, CA location. The CSA will handle cash register transactions, greet customers, assist with fuel dispensers, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Two shifts are available (Morning and Graveyard). This role requires strong customer service, money-handling accuracy, and independent work ethic in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to work various schedules.
• Must have the ability to accurately handle money.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to do simple math such as counting, recording, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register to enter a convenience store and gasoline purchases (assistance will be available if needed).
• Account for all monies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets on assigned shift.
• Check the expiration date and face-off product.
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures.
