Job summary

MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate, Part Time, at our Carlsbad, CA location. The CSA will handle cash register transactions, greet customers, assist with fuel dispensers, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Two shifts are available (Morning and Graveyard). This role requires strong customer service, money-handling accuracy, and independent work ethic in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly SHIFT SCHEDULE: 2 Positions: Shift 1: Morning Shift 2:Graveyard DEPT/LOCATION: 1145 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008 REPORTS TO: Retail Store Manager The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous, quality service to all customers. This includes operating a cash register, greeting customers, assisting with fuel dispensers, cash handling, light janitorial duties, and other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly service to customers
• Greet and assist customers
• Operate cash register to enter a convenience store and gasoline purchases (assistance will be available if needed)
• Account for all monies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets on assigned shift
• Check the expiration date and face-off product
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures
