Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism at checkout.
• Deliver accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Operate the POS system for all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Ensure correct change, receipts, and refunds per policy.
• Stock shelves, maintain signage and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food & beverage stations.
