Job summary

Hassan & Sons Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in California to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will cashier, stock, and maintain store presentation while ensuring food safety and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The CSR role focuses on accurate checkout, cash handling, product knowledge, and friendly engagement, helping guests feel valued and informed. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
CPR and First Aid training a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism to create a welcoming environment.
Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate checkout service.
