Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC is seeking a reliable Budtender to greet patients, process sales, and ensure accurate transactions on the shop floor in Peoria, IL. You will assist customers, verify purchases, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment while keeping the dispensary organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of sales or POS experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology, tablets and computers.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.
• Must be available to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on sales floor and/or at checkout and verify purchased.
• Must keep current with the dispensary flow & product.
• Complete cash or card sales.
• Maintain responsibility for all cash and credit card transactions, inventory and closing numbers.
• Process receipts, refunds, or change due to patients.
• Answer the phone, take messages, and direct calls to the proper party.
• Assist in the online product reservation.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation.
• Keep the dispensary sales floor clean, sanitized & free of hazards.
• Follow all state and federal regulations, including but not limited to IDFPR.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Cashier or "Budtender" greets patients on the sales floor and/or at checkout, assists with placing orders on the sales floor and at the register. Confirms products purchased, completes the sale via cash or card with an unambiguous attention to detail. The Agent is to provide excellent care and customer service for all patients and/or adult use customers.
