Job summary

Coleman Oil Company is hiring a part-time Retail Cashier at Sunset Mart in Orofino, Idaho. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment while promoting current incentives and rewards programs.

The position requires a friendly, reliable individual with cash handling experience and the ability to work weekends. Compensation includes competitive benefits and a supportive team atmosphere within a growing regional company.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow company policies and laws about alcohol and tobacco.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately on POS.
• Balance cash register at end of shift.
• Assist with inventory stocking and rotation.
• Clean, maintain and upkeep store floor.
• Operate and maintain store equipment and report hazards.
• Promote company incentives and Reward Programs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
