Job description

The cashier position greets customers immediately upon entering the restaurant. This role requires a personal and energetic personality to welcome guests and ensure their needs are met. The cashier must be knowledgeable about new menu items and specials, and able to answer all questions regarding the menu. Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures, managing Pick-Up, To-Go, and Dine-In orders, and following up with guests as they leave to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits. Additionally, the cashier is attentive to the Front of House (FOH) atmosphere, maintaining appropriate lighting, music volume, and cleanliness to create a great first impression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome, be friendly, and attentive to customer service.
• Answer phones and take call-in customer orders.
• Take 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
• Ensure proper sanitation, cleanliness, and food handling.
• Ensure accurate food presentation and quality assurance for food and beverages.
• Have complete knowledge of the menu and awareness of specials.
• Maintain good service speed and order accuracy.

• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room staff.
