Summary

Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale by greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized cashwrap area. Support sales goals through cross‑selling and product knowledge while ensuring a seamless and secure checkout experience. This role may be offered as full‑time or part‑time depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming checkout experience.
• Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, checks) and manage promotional offers and coupon redemption.
• Validate and inspect returned merchandise and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Execute Ship‑to‑Home orders and maintain customer profiles in the POS system.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain cleanliness of the cashwrap and surrounding areas.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and engage in cross‑selling and upselling to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar high‑volume specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand, walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and follow company standards and procedures.
