Bob Loquercio Auto Group in Fox Lake, IL is hiring a Part-Time Cashier for evenings and Saturdays. You will greet customers, process payments for vehicles, parts, and service, and balance the cash drawer to ensure accurate daily totals.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, family-owned dealership. Ideal candidates have prior cashier or customer service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional, reliable presence.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; MS Office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work evening shifts during the week and every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process and electronically deposit checks.
• Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Scan, file, and organize dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.
