Job summary

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Cashier for the evenings and Saturdays. You will greet customers, process payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts, and balance the cash drawer daily in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional appearance. Prior cashier or customer service experience is preferred, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work evening shifts during the week and every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process and electronically deposit checks.
• Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Scan, file, and organize dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.
