Beam Living is a multi-family residential property management company in New York City, committed to creating vibrant communities. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Carpentry Mechanic, responsible for troubleshooting and improving our residents' homes.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace windows and glass
• Construct and repair walls, metal and wood structures
• Install and repair shelving
• Remove, repair, and install wood flooring
• Repair or replace linoleum floors and countertops
• Repair or replace cabinetry in kitchens, laundry rooms, and bathrooms

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant trade experience
• Trade school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills for managing work orders
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and enrollment in NY State LENS program
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
