Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs to support health assessments.
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules.

Skills

Experience in long-term care settings

Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care

Ability to operate EMR systems

Excellent communication skills

Ability to perform physical tasks

Valid driver's license
