Qualifications

• Experience in a home care or caregiving setting.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Experience with medication administration and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assisting with ADLs.
• Support mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Assist with medication management and record-keeping of MARs.
• Engage clients in conversations and activities to promote socialization.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and progress notes.
