Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking compassionate live-in caregivers to provide non-medical support, companionship, and personal care in clients' homes. You will be valued, supported, and rewarded for your heart-led service.

No experience is required and we train the right candidate; you must pass a background check and have reliable transportation. We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half overtime, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Must pass a background check and be lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance (as requested).

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, and personal care.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
• Other duties as assigned
