Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable with a strong desire to help others maintain their independence.
• Experience in caregiving, particularly with adolescent autism care and geriatric care; training may be provided.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including daily living activities and companionship.
• Support clients with mobility and personal hygiene needs to ensure their comfort.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress and needs.
